Brace yourselves for a play-by-play retelling of my second day at YALLFest 2015!
YALLFest Day 2 started off bright and early when Lillie texted me about getting in line for Glass Sword. She had a friend who had gone down to King Street at 7 AM and said there were people already lining up for their chance to be one of the lucky 50 people to get a ticket to the Red Queen meetup -- and a coveted Glass Sword ARC -- later that day. In a whirlwind of getting dressed and eating breakfast, we rushed off to King Street by 8:00. Fortunately, we both made it in time!

I don't even know how to write an intro to this post, I am still that shaken up over today!! Today was so incredible, I got the opportunity to meet some of my top favorite authors and had an unforgettable time while doing so.
So I had a couple of posts I meant to draft up before making the long haul up to Charleston, South Carolina from my little town in central Florida; but because I'm me and I forget everything I don't write down, I didn't. 😁 So here I am with my (somewhat) trust mobile Blogger app instead!
I am so incredibly lucky to say that I'll be attending YALLFest this year, and even luckier to say I'll be going with a very good friend of mine, Lillie! My excitement just keeps building and building the closer we get to November 13th. I'm not gonna lie, I nearly had a contusion this evening when the panels schedule was released.....
I found out I was going around mid-September, so I quickly compiled a list of authors I had already read and those I wanted to read before meeting them. South Carolina is only about a six hour road trip from where I live, so I'll be reading all the way up until I get there. My stack of TBR books currently sits on my nightstand, and at one point it was taller than my bedside lamp! I have managed to sort my books into a pile of books I've already read and simply need to pack, and a pile I need to read before November. I've still got about 5 or 6 books I need to buy or plan on buying at the festival, but as of right now here is my TBR/to-bring list!
